We came to see you at the Fairfield Halls on 3rd October 2008 and were not disappointed, they must be the greatest exponents of the Glenn Miller sound in the world today,! and with Eric Delaneys fantastic rendition of skin deep to finish the evening it will be a very long time before we forget such great entertainment, please keep it up !!

Wow! The Glenn Miller Orchestra UK - I must have been ten or eleven years old back in the early nineties when I heard you play in Southampton with my parents. I still have one of your posters in our loft somewhere, given to me by one of the Mayflower Theatre staff, plus the treasured cassette we bought! In fact, I'm converting the cassette to CD as I type this! Great to see you guys are still at it and sounding (I hope) better than ever!

I saw the band in Southend on Mon 22nd September 2008 and was literally gob-smacked. I am only 60 years old so I missed the heyday of the Glen Miller and other big-band sounds but I have very clear memories of the crackly 78’s played by mum and dad which were magic at the time. To hear the songs in such glorious clarity and played with such competence and skill was utterly magic and very moving. It was an evening and a performance I will never forget. Many many thanks to all concerned. Caroline Roberts

What a concert! Last night I attended the concert at Torquay, and was amazed at the wonderful recreation of the Glenn Miller Sound. On that Christmas morning when the broadcast from Paris went ahead without Glenn, Sonny was supposed to have commented to Helen that this was the test: if Glenn had created what he wanted then his music would live on without him. 60-odd years on a major provincial theatre was filled with people wanting to hear it. Glenn's music lives on. Thanks to all concerned.

Thank you to Ray & soloists, and the wonderful Glenn Miller Orchestra for making our Golden Wedding one of the highlights of our life together. Who would have thouht in those early days of our married life you would be playing especially for us in such a small village in front of all our special friends and wonderful family who arranged it all as a surprise for us. We will always remember the curtain going back and seeing you all. Because of a disability I can no longer dance, but we managed that night to take the floor. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I saw the Glenn Miller Orchestra for the first time last night in Woking, Monday 7th April, 2008. Absolutely fantastic. I first learned of Glenn Miller as a teenager in the 60's in the film "The Glenn Miller Story" and loved the music. I have never had the opportunity to see a big band live before and can only wish I was around to share the excitement way back when! In addition I was full of awe and respect for Eric Delaney what an amazing talent. I had never heard of him before and just googled him and found out how old he is. Now I am not only awed by his talent but also his stamina. Last night I was in the prescence of greatness - thank you so much

We saw Sunday's Show in Northampton and I agree with Ray that 5.00pm is a strange time for a gig! In my youth I was a great Delaney fan and have to admit I had lost track of him and was surprised to see him advertised as appearing with the GMO. I expected to see a decrepit old man but WOW!! His set was as exciting as ever. The orchestra too was at once crisp and smooth as the many other times we have seen them. Unfortunately we had to leave in the middle of ED's set. Is there any chance of a DVD in the offing?

My husband and I took my parents to the show in Lichfield for their 54th Wedding anniversary. It was fantastic, we had front row seats and words can't express how much we enjoyed it. My father has renal failure and is on dialysis now and was unable to clap or join in as much as he would have liked but he was literally moved to tears by the music and the memories it evoked. My mother is a breast cancer survivor and this trip meant so much to her. I was raised on Glenn's music and love it still. Thank you for keeping the spirit alive!
