I danced to the orchestra with Glenn conducting in WW2. I got my wings at Cranwell and Glenn's music was always there. Wonderful to live it all again. When I hear other bands play, they always change the arrangements. This spoils it for me. 28 November 2007 - Taunton cara hallsworth took my nan to see these in epsom 9th november, im only 32 and love glenn miller, yes i was the youngest person there but loved every minute of it, great entertainment, ray mcvay is a great entertainer, would definately love to go again, my nan loved every minute of it, many thanks to dedicating a song to her for her birthday and the cd 14 November 2007 - tolworth David and Catherine Baglow We've just seen the Glenn Miller Orchestra with Eric Delaney at the Queen's Theatre, Barnstaple. What a wonderful evening. The whole orchestra was terrific and Eric Delaney's performance was just mesmerising. It's not only the oldies who love this music - I'm a very young 40! but this is the music I grew up with.
